The Australian Government is now delivering support for eligible people with permanent and significant disability through The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
All Australian citizens (or holders of a permanent visa or a Protected Special Category visa) with a permanent or significant disability, under the age of 65 will be transitioned to the NDIS by 2020.
breakthru supports both people who have transitioned to the NDIS and those who are awaiting transition in their area.
As an established support provider and nationally registered NDIS provider, breakthru can support you to access a range of supports, including the NDIS.
