At Breakthru Penrith we deliver National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) support that is person centred and goal orientated. We work in partnership with our Breakthru Family Mental Health Support Services (FMHSS) who deliver Early Intervention Support for families in our local community, under Government Funding.
We also offer NDIS Support Coordination Sydney residents can take advantage of as well as Disability Employment Services.
Located on the ground floor with wheelchair access, Breakthru Penrith is a short 4-minute walk from Penrith Train Station and Penrith Westfields. There are various parking options nearby, and a coffee shop next door.
Our office features an open-plan layout, a purpose-built kitchen for Healthy Cooking programs, a spacious training room, and several private rooms for meetings and counselling.
