At Breakthru Atherton we deliver National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) support that is person centric and goal orientated. We have a wide range of services in NDIS support and work together with our Allied Health services to provide the best quality support for you and your loved ones. We also offer Supported Independent Living (SIL) to NDIS participants living in the area.
Parking at our Atherton office is available in the car park behind the Barron Valley hotel, located a short 2 minute walk from the office. Pick up and drop off is available at the front of the office, with wheel chair access available (no ramps required).
The Breakthru Atherton office is located on Jack St, a social hub with multiple services from doctors centres to health clinics. This space boasts an open plan area that offers a welcoming and bright environment.
