At Breakthru Atherton, we deliver NDIS supports built around you and your goals. Our range of services is designed to give you and your loved ones the best possible care, close to home.
We also provide Supported Independent Living (SIL) for NDIS participants in the area, and we’re proud to deliver Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA).
Our Atherton office is easy to get to. Parking is available at the front on Main St, with a pick-up and drop-off zone out the front, and the office is wheelchair accessible.
The Breakthru Atherton office is on Main St, close to local shops, cafes and other services.
