Breakthru Submission to Support Coordination Discussion

In response to the National Disability Insurance Agency’s (NDIA) request for feedback and ideas on the support coordination service model, Breakthru has submitted a response that outlines 5 key issues and recommendations for change.

The support coordination discussion paper was released in response to the role of support coordination evolving since the establishment of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) seven years ago.

The NDIA has committed to evaluating and considering all submissions, after which the agency will publish a report on its findings based on community feedback.
