Breakthru is excited to announce that our clinical services continue to expand in Brisbane with the introduction of our newest Behavioural Support Practitioner, Sarah.
As a very welcome addition to the Fortitude Valley team, Sarah brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our growing portfolio of Allied Health services, allowing our customers to access specialised supports that improve their communication, behaviours, and general wellbeing.
Our BSP team is person centered in their approach and work collaboratively with family and other stakeholders to ensure we are developing an accurate and effective picture of a person’s need. With no waitlist, we can develop a positive behavioural support plan to improve customer skills and understanding in the face of every day situations.
Say hi to our new Behavioural Support Practitioner, Sarah!
