At breakthru Fortitude Valley we deliver National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) support that is person centric and goal orientated. We have a wide range of services in NDIS support and work together with our Allied Health services and Disability Employment Services (DES) to provide the best quality support for you and your loved ones.
Our Fortitude Valley office can be found a few minutes from the Fortitude Valley train station on Ann Street. If you’re commuting and unable to catch the train, secure parking is available at the Valley Metro or McWhirters car park nearby. There are also a number of bus stops available.
