At Breakthru Fortitude Valley we deliver National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) support that is person centric and goal orientated. We have a wide range of services in NDIS support and work together with our Disability Employment Services (DES) team to provide the best quality support for you and your loved ones.
You’ll find our Fortitude Valley office just a few minutes away from the Fortitude Valley train station on Ann Street. If you prefer driving, secure parking can be found at the nearby Valley Metro or McWhirters car park. Additionally, there are multiple bus stops close by.
The office is also conveniently located within a short stroll from Brisbane City center, offering access to various services, including health clinics, doctors’ centers, and government hubs. Our office boasts an open-plan layout with large, well-lit windows, creating a refreshing and inviting workspace.
