Our Partners

WHO WE WORK WITH

Our community partners

With over 25 years of experience in the community services sector, we have developed a number of close friendships and partners over the years. As strong advocates for inclusion and support in the community,  we work closely with our partners to ensure we can offer more specialised services and tailor our supports to customers who need them most.

headspace Australia

We work with headspace in a variety of locations by referring customers in need to their services, and accepting referrals from headspace for customers requiring additional disability support, or access to our Family Mental Health Support Services (FMHSS).

The Salvation Army

Our office in Craigiburn is co-located with The Salvation Army, where we work together as community partners to provide charitable services to the wider community, including aged care support, homelessness prevention, mental health support, crisis management and more.

Ratha’s Place

Ratha’s Place is a cafe established in 2017 to provide training and employment opportunities for people with intellectual and development disabilities. We partner with Tanya and the team to place customers in employment with Ratha’s Place so they can access the community and develop their employment skills.

SWR 99.9FM

SWR TRIPLE 9 is a community radio station broadcasting across Sydney’s Western suburbs. breakthru first started working with SWR TRIPLE 9 in 2019, sponsoring customer Stephen’s segment and helping support the local community.

Central Coast Community College (CCCC)

Central Coast Community College was designed to create pathways and purpose by building skills and knowledge of students across a wide range of disciplines. We work closely with the college to place our customers in short, tailored courses to improve job readiness as part of our disability employment services.
