With over 25 years of experience in the community services sector, we have developed a number of close friendships and partners over the years. As strong advocates for inclusion and support in the community, we work closely with our partners to ensure we can offer more specialised services and tailor our supports to customers who need them most. Ratha’s Place is a cafe established in 2017 to provide training and employment opportunities for people with intellectual and development disabilities. We partner with Tanya and the team to place customers in employment with Ratha’s Place so they can access the community and develop their employment skills. SWR TRIPLE 9 is a community radio station broadcasting across Sydney’s Western suburbs. breakthru first started working with SWR TRIPLE 9 in 2019, sponsoring customer Stephen’s segment and helping support the local community. Central Coast Community College was designed to create pathways and purpose by building skills and knowledge of students across a wide range of disciplines. We work closely with the college to place our customers in short, tailored courses to improve job readiness as part of our disability employment services. As one of our local community partners, we work closely with Wallsend Public School to give our customers new employment opportunities through work trials and work experience placements.
