    You will be joining us to...

    Our Registered Training Organisation (RTO) is looking for an experienced full time Training Services Administrator to be based in Brisbane or Townsville. In this role, you will ensure the seamless back-end coordination of all administrative tasks across our Training systems administration. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks from customer queries and enrolment through to accurate data processing and claim management.


    To be successful in this role, you will clearly demonstrate your ability to:

    • Accurate data entry & record keeping
    • Ensure timely and accurate state funding claiming, training and employment report and national AVETMISS reporting
    • Maintain professional & compliant administrative duties & support functions
    • Sound understanding of VET sector, Ensure adherence to RTO Standards & compliance requirements
    • Coordination of the delivery of all Territory products and services internally and externally
    • Implementing and managing processes and procedures,Identify and escalate non-compliance or operational risks.
    • Customer liaison, training leads handling and student support services,
    • Responsible for maintenance of student management system, state funding systems and other L&D and CRM systems
    • Generate and prepare academic performance reports and revenue reports periodically


    About you...

    • Superior customer service skills
    • Ability to build strong working relationships and liaise at all levels with confidence
    • Uses initiative & works to multi task and meet deadlines
    • Experience in a similar position or in Vocational Education Training industry
    • Fluency in VETTrak/Axcelerate or similar student management systems
    • Knowledge and experience in state funding highly desirable
    • Strong written & verbal communication skills
    • Working cooperatively & willingness to pitch in
    • High attention to details, time management and troubleshooting skills
