You will be joining us to...

Lead the continued growth of our NDIS business in the North West Melbourne region. Based in St Albans, you will be responsible for leading our high performing team to ensure our customers achieve their goals and our business objectives are exceeded. In this role, you will be responsible for the identification of opportunities for business growth, new customers & markets.

To achieve this you will be:

  • Understanding & improving the customer experience
  • Ensuring customers achieve their goals and business objectives are exceeded
  • Effectively develop, promote & nurture an enterprising workforce
  • Demonstrating effective decision making, analysis of sales & customer data
  • Building & maintaining relationships with various agencies, referral sources & partners
  • Meeting the required margin & revenue KPIs.


About you...

Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Experience in a management or leadership role within the Human Services sector
  • Program Management experience within Mental Health, Disability or Human Services
  • Business growth & development focus
  • Strong financial acumen incorporating budget and P&L responsibility
  • Exceptional people leadership skills and the ability to lead a cohesive, performance focused team
  • Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills
  • The drive to achieve or exceed your targets & KPI's
  • Ability to manage multiple customer management systems
  • Drivers Licence (essential)
  • Working with children check (essential or willing to obtain)
  • Criminal record check (essential or willing to obtain)
  • NDIS Worker Clearance Screen (essential or willing to obtain)
  • COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate or provide medical exemption certificate
