You will be joining us to...

Lead our NDIS Customer Services business in Western Sydney region. You will be responsible for leading our high performing team to ensure our customers achieve their goals and our business objectives are exceeded. In this role, you will be responsible for the identification of opportunities for business growth, new customers & markets.

• Understanding & improving the customer experience
• Ensure customers achieve their goals and business objectives are exceeded
• Effectively develop, promote & nurture an enterprising workforce
• Decision making & analysis of sales & customer data
• Building & maintaining relationships with various agencies
• Development of local partnerships & customer channels
• Meeting the required margin & revenue KPIs.

About you...

Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• Experience in a management or leadership role within Human Services
• Program Management experience within Mental Health, Disability or Human Services
• Business growth & development focus, including full P&L responsibility
• Exceptional people leadership skills
• Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills
• The drive to achieve or exceed your targets & KPI's
• Ability to manage multiple customer management systems
• Drivers Licence (essential)
• An ability to lead a cohesive, performance focused team
