    You will be joining us to...

    In this position you will be responsible for the operational delivery and strategic direction of allied health services provided at breakthru. The Allied Health Manager will identify opportunities and drive growth on a national scale while providing hands-on involvement with supporting a clinical caseload and professional growth of team members.

    To be successful in this role, you will clearly demonstrate your ability to:

    • Deliver on business and strategic goals
    • Lead, develop and support a multidisciplinary allied health team
    • Operate within breakthru’s clinical governance framework and model of care.
    • Achieve all targets regarding revenue, margin, acquisition, quality and service performance
    • Manage and participate in the audit process completed by various funding sources
    • Monitor and identify opportunities for growth
    • Grow new portfolio of customers with heavy focus on policy, procedures, clinical governance and acquisition
    • Establish targets and KPI’s for the team
    • Ensure customers receive tailored services with individualised outcomes
    • Develop and nurture internal and external relationships with stakeholders
    • Ability to/or willingness to participate in tender submissions
    • Manage complaints and incidents
    • Promote a customer-centred service culture


    About you...

    Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:


    • Tertiary Allied Health Qualification (essential)
    • Current peak body registration (essential)
    • Knowledge of NDIS quality and safeguard commission standards
    • Leadership experience in a similar role (desirable)
    • Ability to facilitate and manage change at a strategic level
    • Drivers license (essential)
    • For-purpose experience (essential)
    • Ability to build strong relationships
    • Excellent communication & influencing skills
