About the role

A key responsibility for this position is to provide the timely and meaning financial reports to a variety of stakeholders across the business. In addition to this, the development and maintenance of a robust budgeting and forecasting system is critical.

Your exceptional Microsoft Excel and reporting skills will be critical to your success in the role.

The role supports the Finance Manager and team to ensure accurate processing and reporting of financial transactions.

This is the perfect role for someone who wants to utilise their skills by supporting the business to make a real difference in the lives of others.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monthly processing, reporting and reconciliations
  • Review, analyses and correct transactions as required
  • Maintain and administer corporate cards
  • Ensuring transactions are processed and approved on a timely basis.
  • Develop and maintain budget and forecasts reports as required
  • Prepare information and participate in external Annual Audit process as   directed

About you.. 

We seek an organised, self-motivated and friendly individual who can demonstrate the following:

  • Strong eye for detail and ability to analysis and interpret information.
  • Demonstrated ability in the development and maintenance of reporting, budgeting, forecast models and reporting systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain          complex financial information to different audiences.
  • CPA or Charted Accountant credentials
  • Tertiary qualifications in accounting or finance
  • Criminal record check (essential)
  • Working with children’s check
  • Immunization status clearance (including COVID19 Certificate or proof of medical exemption)
