You will be joining us to...

As the State Manager - Disability & Mental Health, you will be responsible for driving strategic and operational performance of our mental health teams across North West Melbourne.

Your leadership skills and high-performance approach will be customer centric and your passion to coach, develop and manage your team will ensure high quality care is delivered.

  • Deliver on business and strategic goals
  • Manage business operations for a specified territory
  • Ensure growth through implementation of customer acquisition
  • Develop resources for high customer satisfaction
  • Meet targets regarding revenue, margin and product performance.
  • Develop and nurture mutually beneficial quality partnerships
  • Responsible for the clinical governance across the territory.


About you...

Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Business / Management related degree
  • 5-10 years’ experience leading dispersed teams of 10+ employees
  • Experience leading cultural change initiatives
  • Experience in a sales driven environment
  • Must be able to lead by example
  • Ability to ensure an exceptional customer experience
  • Excellent communication & influencing skills
  • Driver's Licence
  • Working with children check (essential or willing to obtain)
  • Criminal record check (essential or willing to obtain)
  • NDIS Worker Screen check (essential or willing to obtain)
