NDIS Exercise physiology

NDIS Exercise Physiology

Improve your strength, mobility and confidence!

Exercise Physiology is a great program for NDIS participants that are interested in improving their strength, mobility, confidence and independence at a comfortable pace.

Our exercise physiologists use evidence-based movement and exercise intervention to remedy muscle injuries, assist with weight management and prevent or manage chronic disease.

By working with breakthru you’ll receive 1-on-1 supports from one of our experienced clinicians, including individually tailored exercises and workout regimes that build your capacity and allow you to lead a more active lifestyle.

This program is available to all NDIS participants with funding under Improved Daily Living or Improved Health & Wellbeing.

Please note our clinicians are not equipped to support anyone under the age of 16 years.
