Disability and NDIS Support

NDIS SUPPORT

The Australian Government is now delivering support for eligible people with permanent and significant disability through The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

All Australian citizens (or holders of a permanent visa or a Protected Special Category visa) with a permanent or significant disability, under the age of 65 will be transitioned to the NDIS by 2020.

breakthru supports both people who have transitioned to the NDIS and those who are awaiting transition in their area. To find out when your area will transition, click here [do we create our own page or link to NDIS].

As an established support provider and nationally registered NDIS provider, breakthru can support you to access a range of supports, including the NDIS.

NAVIGATING THE NDIS

We know that navigating the NDIS can seem overwhelming. We’re here to support you in your transition to the NDIS.

The first step is getting to know you. You can meet with us one-on-one, or with your family and carers.

Here’s a few ways we can help you navigate the NDIS, stress-free:

NDIA Preparation

We help you explore your needs, goals and expectations of the NDIS, so you’re prepared for your NDIA meeting.

Ongoing Support

Support before, during and after your NDIA meeting to ensure you receive a plan that meets your goals and expectations.
